Singing out for Brighter Futures

One of our most recent and cherished performances was at the 'Sing Out for Brighter Futures' event. We proudly joined 21 other choirs to raise vital funds for the Brighter Futures hospital charity. It was a truly fantastic event, and we were thrilled that our diverse set was so well received by everyone present. It’s always rewarding to use our voices for a good cause.

Audience delight and memorable feedback

The audience reaction to our performances has always been incredibly encouraging. Here’s some wonderful feedback from the event organisers that truly captured the essence of our contribution:

"Just Sing got their performance off to a memorable start, surprising everyone with an unforgettable performance of 'Downtown' that brought smiles all around and set the tone for a wonderfully entertaining set. Showcasing an eclectic and varied repertoire, the choir captivated the audience with a beautiful performance of the Irish folk song Carrickfergus, demonstrating both warmth and sensitivity in their singing. We were also treated to a fun mash-up of 'Just the Way You Are' and 'Just a Dream' from Pitch Perfect. The performance of 'You’re my World' (popularised by Cilla Black) rounded off this performance beautifully. Watching these ladies sing together truly highlighted the special bond that comes from making music as a choir. From their opening song, it was evident how much they enjoyed being together, and that sense of friendship and shared purpose shone through every performance!"
